Eligibility
- Intermediate (Biology) from the UP Board or an equivalent recognised exam.
- A 2-year 3-month diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy from a university or institution established by law.
- Knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script.
- Preference for at least two years in the Territorial Army or an NCC ‘B’ certificate.
Selection process
Candidates are shortlisted for the main exam on merit using their normalised PET-2025 score. The main exam has 100 questions: Part 1 covers subjects such as animal anatomy, animal husbandry management, pharmacology and veterinary clinical pharmacy, and Part 2 covers computer and IT awareness (15 marks). Final selection is based on the written exam.
Points to note
- The EWS certificate must be issued between 1 April 2026 and 5 October 2026.
- For women candidates from UP, only a caste certificate issued on the father’s side is valid.
- Pay the fee early and check your status instead of waiting for the last day.

- Log in with your PET-2025 registration number and OTP.
- Enter your Intermediate and diploma details, select the post, accept the declaration and submit.
- Pay the ₹25 fee by card, net banking, UPI or SBI e-challan by 5 October 2026.
- Once the fee is reconciled, download and keep a printout of the form.
